Situated in the hills around Vence, in La Gaude (Alpes-Maritimes), this natural, terraced garden, covering 3000 sq. metres, has been created respecting the environment, by preserving the local flora, as well as introducing many species from different regions.
Over 1 200 species and varieties grow happily within an ecosystem where no pesticide or chemical fertiliser is used.
Rose trees, perennials, bushes and bulbed flowers, etc., have found their place beneath the trees or along the dry stone walls.
A greenhouse shelters several tropical plants.
The aquatic flora and fauna in small ponds add a final touch of interest to this garden.
The garden is open by reservation April, May, June, September and October.
